Requirements
Residency requirements vary but include:
- Texas pharmacist licensure, in good standing by the sixth week of residency
- Staff every third weekend and clinical practice rotation (four weeks)
- Staff at least one major and one minor holiday
- One major and one minor project
- Medication use evaluation
- Manuscripts on projects and medication use evaluation
- Code Blue participation
- On-call responsibility
- Case presentations and seminars
Online applications must include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, transcripts, and three letters of recommendation. Full-day onsite interviews will include a 15-minute presentation.
