Requirements

Residency requirements vary but include:

• Texas pharmacist licensure, in good standing by the sixth week of residency
• Staff every third weekend and clinical practice rotation (four weeks)
• Staff at least one major and one minor holiday
• One major and one minor project
• Medication use evaluation
• Manuscripts on projects and medication use evaluation
• Code Blue participation
• On-call responsibility
• Case presentations and seminars

Online applications must include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, transcripts, and three letters of recommendation. Full-day onsite interviews will include a 15-minute presentation.
