About Childbirth ClassesThis class is your first step to learning breastfeeding basics and what to expect in the first few weeks. You will learn about the benefits of breastfeeding and multiple techniques to help you succeed. We encourage partners or a family member to attend with the expectant mom.
Breastfeeding Classes are from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Contact UsThis one-time class includes topics such as caring for mom and baby, diapering and bathing, helpful hints for adjusting to new roles, and health safety issues. Contact us to learn more about our newborn classes.
Newborn Classes are from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m
Contact UsThis live class will teach you Infant CPR and choking relief for babies up to one year of age. General safety guidelines and recommendations for infants and toddlers are also included.
