Become a Volunteer
To become a volunteer, fill out this form.
- Volunteer Services will contact you by phone to schedule an interview. The interview, your interests, and availability will determine placement options.
- Health Screening: Following the Interview, we will schedule a health screening at a third-party lab. This screening includes a medical health and immunization review, tuberculosis (TB) test, and a drug screen.
- Orientation: Attendance is required for an orientation session that is approximately four to six hours.
- You must be 18 years or older to Volunteer. We do not offer one-time Volunteer opportunities. We do not have direct patient shadowing opportunities available.
- On or before your first day, we will go over the position description with you for the area where you want to be assigned.
