Karen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of New Mexico,and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to joining St. Luke’s Health in 2003, she worked in an acute care pharmacy. Since 2013, she has served as Operations Manager at St. Luke’s Health–The Woodland’s Hospital, where she is involved in process and procedural changes, staff education, regulatory, clinical, purchasing, and implementing new pharmacy services. She also oversees sterile compounding operations, including staff development, and competency.

Nhi received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and completed a PGY2 Critical Care Residency at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center. She is an active member of American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) and American College of Cardiology (ACC). Her research interests include cardiology, critical care, and neurology.

Kayleigh received a Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY2 Critical Care Residency at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center. Thereafter, she joined St. Luke’s Health–The Woodlands Hospital as the first emergency medicine pharmacist. Since then, she has transitioned between emergency medicine and the adult intensive care unit, and has been involved in medication reconciliation, policy changes, and development. Kayleigh is a board-certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and a member of ASHP, TSHP, SCCM, and ACCP.
