At St. Luke's Health–Patients Medical Center, we strive to make your admissions process as seamless as possible. Information about your type of stay (inpatient or outpatient) will be determined by your physician. You will, however need to register as a patient at St. Luke's Health–Patients Medical Center.
Insurance Pre-Certification
Some insurance companies require pre-certification or authorization 24 hours prior to hospitalization (even for an emergency admission). Special instructions are listed on your insurance card. You may be required to contact the insurance company before you're admitted to the hospital and before you register for any other hospital services.
Check your card. If pre-certification is required, you or a family member should call the company without delay.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
