From Hobby Airport
From the Hobby Airport Loop, take a slight right onto Airport Blvd. After 1.6 miles, turn right onto Gulf Freeway and merge onto I-45 S via the ramp on the left. Follow I-45 S for 3 miles, then exit right for Sam Houston Tollway N. After 0.7 miles, exit for Crenshaw Road and merge onto E Sam Houston Parkway S. In 2 miles, turn left onto Crenshaw Road, then turn right.

From Pearland
Head northeast on E Broadway Street, then turn left onto Dixie Farm Road. Continue for 4 miles, then turn left onto Gulf Freeway. After 1.6 miles, take the ramp for Sam Houston Tollway E and merge onto S Sam Houston Parkway E. Continue for 3 miles, turn left onto Crenshaw Road, then turn right.

From League City
Head north on TX-3, then turn left onto NASA Bypass. After 0.2 miles, take the exit to I-45 N. Continue on I-45 N for 6.6 miles, then exit right for Sam Houston Tollway E. In 1 mile, merge onto Sam Houston Tollway N. After 0.7 miles, take the exit for Crenshaw Road and merge onto E Sam Houston Parkway S. In 2 miles, turn left onto Crenshaw Road, then turn right.
