St. Luke’s Health (St. Luke’s) announced today that it has opened its seventh hospital in its Houston-area network, St. Luke’s Health–Springwoods Village Hospital (Springwoods Village Hospital) in North Houston. The $120 million medical campus includes a 55,000 square foot ambulatory medical center and a 100,000 square foot medical office building with space for more than 30 physicians. The facility will provide access to health and wellness services, such as Diagnostic Imaging, Primary and Specialty Care, Personalized Medicine, and Performance Medicine. The 150,000 square foot, LEED silver-certified hospital features:

“We want families to experience healthcare in a new way,” said David G. Argueta, President, St. Luke’s Health–The Woodlands, Lakeside, and Springwoods Village Hospitals. “To achieve this, we are providing a higher level of care with seamless access to our network of healthcare facilities, close to home. In addition, the Springwoods Village Hospital offers residents of the community and surrounding areas access to high-quality care, as well as an alliance of some of the nation’s top physicians, researchers, and hospitals. The Springwoods Village facility joins St. Luke’s Health, which has partnerships with Baylor College of Medicine® and Texas Heart® Institute to provide patient access to the best physicians, health care services, and medical technology.
Located 25 miles north of Downtown Houston, Springwoods Village is a 1,800-acre community in north Harris County, and home to the new ExxonMobil corporate campus and Southwestern Energy’s consolidated headquarters. Designed for sustainability, Springwoods Village will serve a population of up to 50,000 employees and residents while providing diverse housing options and amenities, such as shopping, dining, schools, civic facilities and outdoor recreation.
“CHI St. Luke’s has been providing compassionate healthcare to Southeast Texas for more than 60 years, and we have been honored to serve North Houston for more than a decade.
