Dr. Randolph Evans Receives Lifetime Achievement Award From Texas Neurological Society
St. Luke's Health Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center, a part of St. Luke's Health, announced today that Randolph W. Evans, MD, clinical professor of neurology at Baylor College of Medicine, has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the 750-member Texas Neurological Society (TNS) on March 1 in Austin, TX.
“It's an incredible honor to receive recognition from your peers," said Dr. Evans. "I'm even more proud of my colleagues in the TNS and their many accomplishments over the years.”
Dr. Evans, a native of Houston, is board-certified in Neurology and subspecialty certified in Headache Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Headache Society and the Texas Neurological Society. He specializes in Headache Medicine and has published numerous books and articles and gives lectures on the topic. Headaches are extraordinarily common, with migraine alone affecting 35 million Americans annually.
