St. Luke’s Highlights Houston's Health Care Excellence in ‘Innovation Health’ Series

HOUSTON (March 26, 2024) – St. Luke’s Health this week launched “Innovating Health,” a 6-part video series focused on the world-class health care innovation and excellence in Greater Houston. The premiere episode explores how the Texas Medical Center is at the forefront of advancing life sciences by bringing together the greatest minds in medicine to deliver the most advanced care available.

Episode one includes interviews with Bill McKeon, president and chief executive officer of the Texas Medical Center; Steve Kean, president and CEO of the Greater Houston Partnership; and Doug Lawson, president of CommonSpirit Health’s South Region, which includes St. Luke’s Health.

“What better way to kick off this new series than with a look at how the Texas Medical Center is at the forefront of innovating health for millions of people through cross-institutional collaboration, creativity, and innovation,” said Lawson.

Production services are provided by Houston Public Media as part of the outlet’s Community Catalyst initiative. Episodes will be published at stlukeshealth.org/innovatinghealth. “Innovating Health” follows the Emmy-winning “TESTED” and “ExamiNATION,” also produced by HPM for St. Luke's.
