Inaugural Santa’s Health & Safety Education Fair
While most people aren’t scurrying over rooftops or eating hundreds of cookies on Christmas Eve, everyone needs a good and fun reminder of the many ways to protect your family as the holiday season begins. Come join Jolly Old St. Nick and St. Luke’s Health Memorial Livingston at the Inaugural Santa’s Health & Safety Education Fair on Saturday, December 19.
The free event is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the hospital’s main lobby.
St. Luke’s Health encourages families of all ages to come learn more about dental hygiene, ATV and bicycle safety, childhood obesity and vaccinations, asthma, drugs and sexual abuse, SIDS and immunization schedules, poison control and medication safety. There will be games, cookies and punch, door prizes and giveaways – including 5 brand new bicycles and gifts from Santa, while supplies last. Hospital staff will measure height, weight, BMI, and blood pressure.
Other community partners include Americare, Livingston Pediatric Clinic, Harbor Hospice, Livingston Volunteer Fire Department, Livingston Fitness Center, Texan EMS, and many more.
