Memorial Medical Center-Livingston Welcomes New Interim CEO
Memorial Medical Center-Livingston is pleased to announce the arrival of Randy Slack, the hospital’s new Interim CEO. Mr. Slack assumed the top leadership role on August 26.
With more than 22 years healthcare experience, Mr. Slack has served in numerous hospital leadership roles. He held Chief Financial Officer and Interim CEO positions at Mission Hospital in Mission, Texas, and served as the CFO at Odessa Regional Hospital. Mr. Slack also spent time at Westwood Medical Center in Midland, Texas, where he held the position of Vice President and CFO.
“We are extremely proud to have Randy assume leadership of our medical team,” Memorial Board Chairman Corky Evans said. “He brings a wealth of experience that will allow us to continue providing outstanding health care to our community. Please join us in welcoming Randy to Livingston.”
Mr. Slack recently completed a five-year tenure as CEO for the Gulf Coast Medical Center in Wharton, Texas.
As a graduate of Louisiana State University, Mr. Slack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and later completed accounting and business courses to become a Certified Public Accountant.
