Memorial Welcomes Internal Medicine Physician

Angelina Internal Medicine Associates and Memorial Health System of East Texas welcomes Kevin Dixon, D.O. to the Lufkin medical staff. Dr. Dixon specializes in Internal Medicine and the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases.

Dr. Dixon completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa in 2011and his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.

He is proficient in Spanish and is a native East Texan. He spent a summer as a research assistant with the World Health Organization in the Department of Maternal-Fetal Health in Geneva, Switzerland and received numerous awards during his residency for his dedication and excellence.
