New Nurse Practitioner Ready to Care for San Augustine Residents

Memorial Medical Center—San Augustine and the El Camino Real Internal Medicine Clinic welcomes Nurse Practitioner, Christina Miller.  As a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Miller cares for patients of all ages.

Ms. Miller’s nursing career began in 1994 when she worked as a Certified Nurse Aide.  She quickly moved through the nursing ranks as a LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) at Shelby Regional Medical Center and Christus Jasper Memorial Hospital.  After earning her RN (Registered Nurse) certification, Ms. Miller joined Memorial Medical Center—San Augustine where she was designated as the charge nurse over the hospital’s medical floor and emergency department.

Throughout her career, Ms. Miller has continued her education.  From Panola College in Center and Carthage to Stephen F. Austin State University and Texas A & M University in Corpus Christi, Ms. Miller has devoted her life to helping those in need.  In addition to her daily work, Ms. Miller is a member of several professional healthcare organizations, including the Emergency Nurses Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Texas Nurse Practitioners.
