The Volunteer Auxiliary at St. Luke’s Health-Memorial Lufkin is helping patients move around the facility with ease. They recently donated three bariatric wheelchairs and three battery powered scooters to the hospital’s Valet Department. These chairs can be used by any guest needing assistance.
Money raised throughout the year in the Memorial Gift Shop and through various fundraisers make it possible for the Volunteer Auxiliary to donate equipment to the hospital.
