What is performance and sports medicine?

Performance Medicine is an outpatient physical rehabilitation center offering a variety of services. Our technologically sophisticated facility and skilled team are supported by the synergy and resources of our health network. Sports medicine encompasses multiple disciplines working together to help athletes achieve their highest potential and, when necessary, respond quickly to injury so athletes can get back in the game.   • Nutrition Coaching

    Meet with a nutritionist to learn how food impacts your body and walk away with the tools to make changes in your current eating habits to help you reach your goals.

  • Metabolic Syndrome Program

    This 8-12 week program combines education and exercise to decrease your risk factors for various diseases and hospitalizations, led by a registered clinical exercise physiologist and certified nutrition coach.

Anti-Gravity Treadmill Training

AlterG Anti–Gravity Treadmill, the world´s first and only treadmill using NASA based anti–gravity technology is designed to be used for lower body injury and surgery rehabilitation, aerobic conditioning, weight control and reduction, sport specific conditioning programs, neurologic retraining, and geriatric strength and conditioning.
